Blooming Marías was founded by María Juana Zavala Rizo, a dreamer, grower, and lifelong flower lover. Since childhood, María has felt at home in the fields, surrounded by colors and scents that bring peace and joy. When life challenged her to start again, she followed her passion and built a flower farm rooted in love for the land and family tradition.
At her side is her son, Esteban Cabrera, who shares her vision, supports her dream entirely and helps nurture the farm every day. Together, they grow seasonal flowers with patience and dedication—flowers that don’t just decorate spaces, but create memories and brighten lives across the Bay Area.
